Simply balancing the crafted gear, which was unbalanced.

I logged into the PTR and copied those down from the Blacksmith trainer in Dalaran. It's nice to see the Ornate Saronite set get the Intellect it needed, and for the other two Titansteel helms to get their meta sockets. The shield augmentation is also nice, especially because it was my suggestion. The decrease in stats for the weapons is unfortunate, although I understand why it was done. The Titansteel Guardian is still worth making at 457 spellpower, when the other ilvl 200 spellpower weapons only have 408 spellpower.
