There are a few requirements for a new design below.
1. Not too image heavy, should still load fast
2. Should be possible to create with the current wiki software without excessive modification
3. Should have space for an ad at the top, something around 728x90, without pushing the content down too far.
4. Site should fit in 1024x768, but still have a fluid design, so that it will fill most of the browser at 1680x1050
5. Site colors should be light
6. The design should be modern, but still be a WoW site.
7. Excessively long headers are an instant no.

The only thing necessary is a photoshop mockup for now. You will receive a text link in the footer to your site.
Once the site design is done, we will need someone to skin the forums as well.
